SSMMUSSS Government Post Graduate College Dwarahat was established in 1983 with the aim of providing higher education to the rural youth of Uttarakhand. Named after freedom fighter Shri Madan Mohan Upadhyay, the college has grown from a small arts college to a multidisciplinary PG institution.
