The School of Engineering and Technology (SET), a constituent school of Nagaland University, was established on October 29, 2007. It holds the distinction of being the first School of Engineering in the State of Nagaland. Located at the D.C. Court Junction in Dimapur, the academic complex is strategically positioned to serve as a hub for technological education in the Northeast. The primary objective of the school is to offer quality technical education and foster research in various engineering disciplines. Admission Process

Admission to the 4-year B.Tech program is based on merit in JEE Main or the Nagaland University SETEE entrance exam. Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST). Application is done online through the Samarth portal.

Cutoffs

JEE Main closing ranks usually range between 50,000 to 1,50,000 depending on the branch and category.
