Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Kochi, established in 1944, is a premier institution of higher education in Kerala. Managed by the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), the college is located on a scenic 15-acre campus at Thevara, overlooking the backwaters. Since its inception, SH College has been a beacon of academic excellence, consistently ranking among the top 100 colleges in India by NIRF. The college was one of the first in the state to receive autonomous status, allowing it to design innovative curricula tailored to industry needs. The institution operates across three distinctive campuses: the Main Lakeview Campus, the East Campus, and the SH School of Communication.
