G.B. Pant Memorial Government College, situated in Rampur Bushahr, District Shimla, is a premier educational institution in Himachal Pradesh. Established in July 1959 and formally inaugurated on November 11, 1959, by Raja Bajrang Bahadur Singh, the then Lieutenant Governor of Himachal Pradesh, the college is named in honor of the distinguished freedom fighter and Bharat Ratna recipient, Sh. Govind Ballabh Pant.
