Situated in the tranquil village of Cherur near Vengara in Malappuram district, the college is managed by the PPTM Yatheem Khana and Educational Charitable Trust. Affiliated with the University of Calicut, PPTM College is dedicated to providing quality higher education to the socio-economically backward and minority communities of the region. The campus offers a serene learning environment with modern facilities including high-speed computer labs, science laboratories, and a digitized library. From the 2024 academic year, the college has fully integrated the Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP), allowing students flexibility through Honours and Research pathways.
