Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR), formerly known as the College of Engineering and Technology (CET), Bhubaneswar, is a premier public unitary technical university established by the Government of Odisha. Since its inception in 1981, it has grown from a constituent college of OUAT to a fully independent state university in 2021. Admission Process

For B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Plan, admissions are strictly based on JEE Main ranks and NATA (for Architecture) through the OJEE centralized counseling process. PG admissions for M.Tech, MBA, and MCA require valid GATE, CAT, or OJEE PG scores. Ph.D. admissions are conducted through the OUTR-PET entrance test followed by an interview.
