Admission to LEAD College of Management is conducted through the uLEAD/VLEAD Selection Process, a holistic evaluation system that assesses candidates on leadership potential, skills, attitude, and academic merit. Step 1: Online Registration – Candidates fill the application form on lead.ac.in and pay an application fee of ₹500. Step 2: Entrance Exam Score Submission – Valid scores from CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, or KMAT are accepted. Step 3: Shortlisting – Candidates are shortlisted based on entrance exam scores and academic record. Step 4: uLEAD/VLEAD Selection Rounds – Shortlisted candidates appear for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
