Admission Process

Admission to LEAD College of Management is conducted through the uLEAD/VLEAD Selection Process, a holistic evaluation system that assesses candidates on leadership potential, skills, attitude, and academic merit. Step 1: Online Registration – Candidates fill the application form on lead.ac.in and pay an application fee of ₹500. Step 2: Entrance Exam Score Submission – Valid scores from CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, or KMAT are accepted. Step 3: Shortlisting – Candidates are shortlisted based on entrance exam scores and academic record. Step 4: uLEAD/VLEAD Selection Rounds – Shortlisted candidates appear for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Step 5: Holistic Evaluation – Overall profile, communication skills, attitude, and potential are assessed. Step 6: Document Verification – Submission of original documents for verification. Step 7: Offer Letter – Selected candidates receive a provisional admission offer. Step 8: Fee Payment – Confirm the seat by paying the admission fee. Step 9: Enrollment – Complete final enrollment and join the programme. For MBA: Minimum 50% in graduation (any discipline) from a recognized university; 45% for OBC, pass marks for SC/ST. For MCA: Bachelor's degree with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level with 50% aggregate. 50% of seats are merit quota and 50% are management quota.

Cutoffs

Admission is merit and entrance-based. There are no officially published fixed cut-off scores.
