M.Tech: Based on valid GATE score, followed by CCMT (Centralised Counselling for M.Tech/M.Arch./M.Plan.) counselling. Minimum eligibility: B.E./B.Tech. with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. M.Sc: Based on IIT JAM score, followed by CCMN (Centralised Counselling for M.Sc.) counselling. Minimum eligibility: Bachelor's degree with 55% marks in relevant science discipline.
