B.Tech: Admission is based on JEE Main score, followed by centralized JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. Candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with at least 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC/ST/PwD). International/NRI candidates apply through DASA scheme. M.Tech: Based on valid GATE score, followed by CCMT (Centralised Counselling for M.Tech/M.Arch./M.Plan.) counselling. Minimum eligibility: B.E./B.Tech. with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. M.Sc: Based on IIT JAM score, followed by CCMN (Centralised Counselling for M.Sc.) counselling. Minimum eligibility: Bachelor's degree with 55% marks in relevant science discipline. MBA: Admission through valid CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT scores. Minimum eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
