About NATIONAL HEART INSTITUTE

National Heart Institute (NHI) was inaugurated in 1981 by late Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi as the Clinical Research and Medical Care Delivery Wing of All India Heart Foundation (AIHF). It is a premier super-specialty cardiology center and was the first of its kind in the private sector in India. It is recognized for its high standards in patient care and medical education, specifically in the fields of Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Nursing.

Admission Process

Admission to DNB courses is through NEET PG/NEET SS conducted by NBEMS. Admission to M.Sc. Nursing is through the IPU CET entrance exam and subsequent counseling by GGSIPU.
