Admission Process

Admission to BE/B.Tech programs at MSRIT Bangalore is conducted through three main routes: (1) KCET – Karnataka Common Entrance Test conducted by KEA for Karnataka domicile students, covering 45% of total seats; (2) COMEDK UGET – Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka entrance exam, open to all-India students, covering 30% of seats; (3) Management Quota – 25% of seats available for candidates based on Class 12 merit and a one-time development fee. Eligibility requires passing Class 10+2 (PCM) with at least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST). For M.Tech, candidates need a BE/B.Tech degree with 50% marks and a valid GATE or PGCET score. For MBA, a graduation degree with 50% and MAT/KMAT/CAT/PGCET is required. For MCA, graduation with Mathematics as a subject and 50% marks, with PGCET/KMAT score.
