Admission Process

Step 1: Visit the official admissions portal at apply.jkbschool.org and fill in the online application form with accurate personal and academic details. Step 2: Upload required documents – Class 10 & 12 mark sheets, graduation certificates (for PGDM), entrance exam scorecard (for PGDM), and a valid government ID proof. Step 3: Pay the non-refundable processing/application fee – ₹1,000 + 18% GST for PGDM; ₹700 + 18% GST for BBA and BCA. Step 4 (PGDM): Shortlisting is done on the basis of valid CAT / MAT / XAT / CMAT / ATMA / GMAT scores or the JKBS own entrance test. Minimum CAT cutoff is 25 percentile (General), CMAT/MAT cutoff is 65 percentile. Step 4 (BBA/BCA): Shortlisting is based on Class 12 merit combined with Management Simulation Game (MSG) performance. Step 5: Shortlisted candidates are invited for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) – conducted in-person or online. Step 6: A final merit list is prepared and selected candidates receive an offer letter. Step 7: Candidates must pay the registration fee of ₹90,000 (PGDM) on accepting the offer letter and complete document verification at the institute. Eligibility – PGDM: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a UGC-recognised university with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Final-year students may apply, subject to submitting results before 30th September. Eligibility – BBA/BCA: Passed Class 12 (10+2) from any stream with minimum 50% marks.
