Fresh graduates and candidates with work experience are both eligible. The selection process involves: (1) Application Shortlisting based on entrance exam score and past academic performance (10th, 12th, and graduation marks); (2) Written Test, Essay Writing, and Extempore Speaking; (3) Group Discussion; and (4) Online Personal Interview (PI). Final selection is based on an IMI Selection Index score incorporating all components. Application fee is INR 1,000 + GST for Indian candidates and USD 100 for foreign nationals. For FPM, candidates must hold a Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, or a professional qualification (CA, ICWA, CS, etc.) with at least 60% marks. FPM selection involves a Research Aptitude Test, Essay Writing, and Personal Interview. Accepted FPM exam scores include CAT, GMAT, GRE, UGC NET, CSIR, and NBHM.
