The Indian Railway Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (IRPGIMSR), associated with Northern Railway Central Hospital (NRCH), is a premier central government medical institution. Established as a formal PG institute in 2024, it leverages the massive clinical infrastructure of NRCH, a 500+ bed tertiary care center. It offers MD, MS, and DNB programs approved by the NMC and NBE, focusing on advanced clinical training and medical research for the next generation of specialists.

Admission Process

Admission is purely entrance-based via NEET-PG. For MD/MS courses, counseling is conducted by MCC/DU. For DNB courses, candidates must undergo the centralized counseling conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBEMS).
