Admission Process

IIM Kozhikode follows a rigorous multi-stage admission process across its programmes. **PGP (MBA):** Stage 1 – Candidates must have a valid CAT score with a minimum 85 percentile overall and 75 percentile sectional (General category). Minimum 50% in graduation (45% for SC/ST/PwD). Stage 2 – Shortlisted candidates appear for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI), conducted in multiple cities in March. Stage 3 – Final merit list based on CAT score (50% weight), WAT-PI performance, academic background, gender/academic diversity, and work experience. **PGP-Finance / PGP-LSM / PGP-BL:** CAT, GMAT, or GRE scores accepted. Total intake: 120 seats. **EPGP (Executive MBA):** Minimum 50% in graduation with work experience. Admission through EMAT (EPGP Management Aptitude Test) and Personal Interview.
