Admission Process

Admission to the 1st year of the 3-year Diploma program is conducted through the Himachal Pradesh Polytechnic Admission Test (HP PAT). Candidates must have passed the 10th standard with a minimum of 35% marks and mandatory subjects including Science, Mathematics, and English. For 2nd-year direct admission (Lateral Entry), candidates must qualify for the HP LEET exam after completing 10+2 (Non-Med) or ITI.
