Admission Process

The admission process at Globsyn Business School is strictly merit-based and multi-layered to evaluate an applicant's comprehensive profile. Candidates must possess a recognized Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Eligible aspirants are required to clear any major national management aptitude test (CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or ATMA). Shortlisted applicants must undergo the Globsyn Admission Test (GAT), followed by structural rounds of Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The final selection model calculates a composite score mapped on a 100-mark evaluation matrix: GAT performance (25 marks), National Exam Percentile (10 marks), Academic Consistency across 10th/12th/Graduation (10 marks), Group Discussion (20 marks), Personal Interview (25 marks), and Diversity/Extracurricular Achievements (10 marks).
