Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), Sonipat, was established in 2012 by the State Government of Haryana. It is the only National Law University in the state of Haryana and is a member of the Consortium of NLUs. Situated in the Rajiv Gandhi Education City, it aims to provide advanced legal education and research opportunities to hone practical legal skills, embodying Dr. Ambedkar's vision of law as an instrument of social transformation.

Admission Process

For B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M., admission is purely through the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) merit. Ph.D. admissions require a Research Entrance Test (RET) or UGC-NET/JRF qualification followed by an interview. PG Diploma admissions are based on merit in the qualifying graduation degree.
