The College of Engineering Vadakara (CEV), established in 1999, holds the distinction of being the first engineering college started under the Co-operative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE), Thiruvananthapuram, an agency founded by the Government of Kerala. Nestled on a scenic 21-acre hilltop at Mandarathore, about 11 kilometers from Vadakara town, the institution was envisioned as a hub for quality technical education in the Malabar region. Over two decades, it has evolved into a premier institution accredited by NAAC with a 'B+' grade and ISO 9001:2015 certification. Admission Process

Admission to B.Tech programs is based on the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance rank list. 90% of seats are allotted through the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) by CEE Kerala, while 5% are reserved for NRI candidates and 5% for the wards of co-operative sector employees. MCA admissions follow the state-level MCA entrance exam merit list.
