College of Engineering Poonjar (CEP) was established in 2000 under the management of the Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD), a premier educational agency of the Government of Kerala. CEP is approved by the AICTE and affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU). The college offers undergraduate B.Tech programs in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Admission Process

Admission is based on the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance exam rank. 50% of the seats are filled via the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) by CEE Kerala under the government merit quota, while the remaining seats are filled under the management/NRI quota based on the same rank list and IHRD norms.
