Christ College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda, founded in 1956, is a premier higher education institution in Kerala managed by the Devamatha Province of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). With a rich history of over six decades, the college has established itself as a center of academic excellence, research, and holistic development. Re-accredited by NAAC with an 'A++' Grade and consistently appearing in the top ranks of the NIRF India Rankings, Christ College is one of the most sought-after autonomous institutions affiliated with the University of Calicut. Admission Process

As an autonomous institution, the college conducts its own admission process through its official website. However, all candidates MUST first register on the University of Calicut CAP portal. 50% of seats are merit-based, 20% SC/ST, 10% Community Quota (Roman Catholic Syrian), and 20% Management Quota. Applications for all categories should be submitted online via the college admission portal.

Cutoffs

Extremely high competition; index marks for B.Com and B.Sc Physics usually close above 980 for general merit in the first allotment.
