Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth (CVV) is a pioneering Deemed-to-be-University established in 2016, following the 'de novo' category under the University Grants Commission. Headquartered at Adi Sankara Nilayam in Veliyanad, Kerala—the maternal birth home of the great philosopher Sri Adi Sankaracharya—the university is an initiative of the Chinmaya Mission.
