Established in 2024 (as ACPR) within the St. John Technical and Education Campus, it builds on the legacy of the trust's educational excellence since 2008. The college aims to provide high-quality pharmaceutical education to the youth of Palghar and surrounding rural and semi-urban areas.

Admissions are conducted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) based on MHT-CET or NEET scores for B.Pharm. D.Pharm admissions are based on HSC merit through DTE Maharashtra.
